Return & Exchange Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
In case you receive an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Reverse Shipment Fee
A non-refundable fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted as part of our Fair Usage Policy.
In case of incorrect or defective products, Satakchi will cover the reverse shipping cost.

Return Pickup Attempts
Return pickups will be scheduled within 24–48 hours of your request.
A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, you may need to self-ship the product.
Reverse pickup service is subject to availability in your location.

Refund Process
For Prepaid Orders
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 24–48 hours of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.

For COD Orders
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 24–48 hours of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.

Depending on your bank/payment provider, the amount may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Important Notes
Reward points, store credits, and shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality checks at our warehouse.

Return Conditions
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
If returning your entire order, any complimentary/free items received must also be returned.
An unboxing video (from sealed package to full unbox) is mandatory to claim missing, damaged, or incorrect products.
Products found used, tampered, or not matching the original order will not be eligible for refund/exchange.
