Reverse Shipment Fee

Return Pickup Attempts
Return pickups will be scheduled within 24–48 hours of your request.
A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, you may need to self-ship the product.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 24–48 hours of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.

For COD Orders
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 24–48 hours of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.

Depending on your bank/payment provider, the amount may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Important Notes
Reward points, store credits, and shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Return Conditions
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
If returning your entire order, any complimentary/free items received must also be returned.
An unboxing video (from sealed package to full unbox) is mandatory to claim missing, damaged, or incorrect products.
Products found used, tampered, or not matching the original order will not be eligible for refund/exchange.
