1-Year Warranty Policy

At Satakchi, we believe in creating jewellery that lasts. To ensure our customers shop with confidence, we offer a 1-Year Warranty against tarnishing or plating discoloration under normal usage conditions.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:
Tarnishing or discoloration of jewellery due to plating issues within the warranty period.

Compensation Structure

Compensation will be provided as Satakchi Store Credit after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • 0–3 Months: 100% of the product’s invoice value will be credited as Satakchi Store Credit.

  • 3–7 Months: 50% of the product’s invoice value will be credited as Satakchi Store Credit.

  • 7–12 Months: 25% of the product’s invoice value will be credited as Satakchi Store Credit.

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
Regular wear & tear, minor scratches, or fading due to friction.
Breakage caused by drops, mishandling, or force.
Loss of stones, crystals, pearls, or embellishments.
Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, excessive moisture, or humidity.
Jewellery altered, repaired, or resized by third parties.
Custom-made or personalized jewellery.

How to Claim Your Warranty
1. Report the Issue – Contact our Customer Care team within the warranty period via WhatsApp or email.
2. Provide Proof – Share your Order ID along with clear photos/videos of the affected jewellery.
3. Approval & Return – Our team will verify the issue within 2–3 business days. If approved, you’ll receive return/shipping instructions.
4. Store Credit Issued – Once we receive and inspect the item, compensation will be credited to your Satakchi Store Credit as per the structure above.

Important Notes
* All claims are subject to inspection and validation by the Satakchi team.
* Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless stated otherwise.
* Satakchi reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet warranty conditions.
* Satakchi Store Credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and can only be used for purchases on the Satakchi website.
