Cancellation Policy

At Satakchi, we understand that plans can change. To make things simple, here’s how our cancellation process works:

Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team via WhatsApp or email.
Provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refund on Cancellations
Prepaid Orders: If cancelled within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Important Note
In case the product has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery at your doorstep. A return fee of up to ₹100 may be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy.
Satakchi reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as stock unavailability or payment issues). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
